Mobile Sales & Purchase Management
KamboPro is mobile sale purchase software for shops in Pakistan. Buy from a supplier, sell to a customer, and keep the payment, the return and the profit on the same record.
Purchases and sales
A purchase records the supplier, the phones or repair parts, and the amounts. A sale records the customer, the items, and how the bill was settled. New and used phones can both be bought and sold, and a used phone can carry its own warranty note on the sale.
Counter billing is available from the sales screen, including a point-of-sale view for day-to-day mobile shop billing. The same sale can include repair parts when the shop sells those at the counter.
Customers, suppliers and payment
The customer or supplier on the bill is the party on the ledger. You can take a full payment, split a payment, or leave the sale on credit so the balance stays receivable until it is collected.
Supplier payments are recorded the same way, against what the shop owes. The bill and the money stay together, instead of a sale in one notebook and the cash in another.
Returns, adjustments and profit
Purchase returns and sale returns are part of the same cycle. A sale return can refund the customer, adjust the amount against another sale, or exchange the phone. Phones go back to the right stock status, and deleting a return reverses that stock and payment effect.
A sale can also be adjusted against a customer's earlier purchases when you are settling one deal against another. Cost is kept on the phone — purchase price, repair and other costs — so the profit report can show what the shop made, not only what it billed.
